Located in the heart of Florida's most beautiful Gulf Coast Beach Region, Holiday Village is next to the Pinellas County Trail and is 1 mile east of Madeira Beach and 2 miles from Indian Shores Beaches. If you enjoy sports, we are very close to many teams spring training grounds, including the Toronto Blue Jays, Detroit Tigers, and of course the Rays in St Pete. Ice hockey? Located near many shopping plazas and malls, we are also a stones throw to John's Pass and boardwalk with its Old Florida Charm. 

This one of a kind property is 100% owned by us, the shareholders, and has an 11 member Board of Directors at the helm. We have a great community with lots of heart and many volunteers supporting a food pantry, and grounds crew.
